Grammy-winning singer John Legend showed love to his G.O.O.D. Music boss Kanye West and his newlywed Kim Kardashian by coming through for their high-profile wedding this weekend. #IAmLegend
According to reports, Legend shared some microphone time and crooned at the Saturday (May 24) event.
Andrea Bocelli wasn’t the only world-renowned singer to serenade Kim Kardashian and Kanye West at their lavish wedding in Florence today! Kim and Kanye’s good friend John Legend also performed for the newlyweds and their wedding guests. After the E! star and the rapper said “I do” at the Forte di Belvedere, Kim, Kanye and their friends and family enjoyed a fireworks show that lasted several minutes. After the fireworks, Legend made a moving speech to honor the lovebirds. Legend dedicated the performance to Kimye, saying the couple is an inspiration to him, E! News has learned. Legend also said he was “so happy” to be a part of the wedding. (E! Online)

After a nearly weeklong Parisian celebration, the reality maven and rapper not so quietly tied the knot on Saturday at Fort di Belvedere in Florence, Italy. Rich Wilkerson Jr., a pastor from North Miami, performed the ceremony, while longtime Kardashian family friend and celebrity event planner Sharon Sacks planned the couple’s nuptials. Sacks also created Kim’s baby shower and wedding to Kris Humphries. Andrea Bocelli sang as Kim was walked down the aisle by Bruce Jenner. After a brunch at the home of designer Valentino Garavani, the group and their friends took a private tour of the Palace of Versailles. Then, everyone headed to Florence, where Kardashian and West exchanged vows at the Forte di Belvedere. Earlier, they hinted that their nuptials would be a lavish affair. Although brief with her comments, G.O.O.D. Music’s Teyana Taylor said she planned on attending Ye’s wedding ceremony earlier this month.
“Yeah, G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam,” Taylor said when asked if she is still signed to G.O.O.D. Music. “Yeah, [Kanye’s helping], but right now, I don’t want anything falling into my lap. I’m excited, he’s another brother of mine. He’s getting married. I’m trying to let him focus on [him]. [Am I going to the wedding?] Oh h*ll yeah. [laughs] I’m happy for him.
