Slaughterhouse’s Joe Budden and Cam’ron nearly brought civil war to New York City. The hip-hop duo almost clashed over some words related to Cam’s recent Dipset tell-all Instagram Live broadcast.

Tensions flared after Budden weighed-in on Cam’s publicized comments on estranged Diplomat Jim Jones.

“Dog, when he said, ‘You told me you wasn’t doin’ nothin’ with ByrdGang, so I copyrighted it,’ I would’ve f*cked him up — immediately! I’m f*cking you up. I don’t care if you’re my brother. You’re getting f*cked up immediately! I don’t understand that. Somebody make sense of Cam publishing ByrdGang for me, or I mean copyrighting ByrdGang. I don’t give a f*ck what he asked him. So now stop, I don’t want a very important message to get lost here. Kids, build your brand and copyright it. The Patriots copyright everything that they think might be applicable 20 years from now. They just added two more.”

Budden’s words made headlines and initially sparked a nasty reaction out of Cam.

Shortly after the explosion, Killa Cam apologized and said he smoothed things out with Budden.

Good to see #Camron and #JoeBudden settled their business! (See previous post)
