Details on the eye-catching star’s power move emerged online Sunday (March 13).

Jennifer Lopez has tapped into the collaboration well, known as Lil Wayne. During a web-chat last nightwith fans the singer, announced she was readying the follow up to “On The Floor.” J. Lo plans on releasing her second single off “Love?” feature Weezy titled “I’m Into You.” The “American Idol” judge noted Wayne was her current favorite rapper. She also spoke about being a judge, possible acting opportunities, and when the upcoming album may be released. (The Source)

Last month, Lopez turned heads after naming Wayne the greatest rapper out right now.

“I was working out yesterday and I was listening to Lil Wayneand I was just like, ‘Wow. He really says some sh*t,” Lopez explained. “But I was just listening to what he was saying and I really enjoyed it. He might be one of the best out there right now. He might be the best. He’s really good…I love [Nicki Minaj]. I haven’t heard the whole [Pink Friday] album, but I’ve heard her stuff that’s been on the radio and stuff like that. I really enjoy it.” (Hot 97)

West Coast producer Dr. Dre called Wayne one of his favorites last fall.

“It’s aight,” Dre said about the state of hip-hop. “There are a lot of artists that I like, I love Wayne, I love Drake, I love the new artist J. Cole. There’s some new brothers coming out on my record, Slim the Mobster, he’s out of South Central. I think it could be better and hopefully I can do my part to assist in that.” (Rap-Up)

In addition to J. Lo, Wayne is currently working on multiple projects including records with T-Pain, Baby and Drake.

“I’ve had ideas to do an album with T-Pain. We’ve got the T-Wayne situation going, so Drake’s a very respectable dude. He’s like, ‘I don’t want to disrespect none of those situations, so I’m just going to wait ’til you have a real good moment to focus on you and I doing an album.’ … And then you know my obligations to the Like Father, Like Son albums with [Birdman aka] Stunna. It’s like no disrespect to those. I don’t want to clash with nothing.” (MTV)
