Music star Jennifer "J. Lo" Lopez recently talked about teaming up with Hustle Gang's Iggy Azalea for their "Booty" remix music video and how much work really went into the steamy visual.
J. Lo credited her trust in director Hype Williams for having the video turn out like it did.
“At first I was really not into it,” J. Lo said about the ‘Booty’ concept. “Then once I saw how much my kids liked it, I was like, ‘It’s just a fun song.’ But when we went to go do the video, I had never worked with Hype Williams, I was really excited. He was like, ‘I know exactly what to do.’ When somebody comes at you like that, you’re like, ‘Okay.’ You kinda get relaxed and are like, ‘Okay, do your thing.’ And he’s like, ‘You just show up. It’ll be me, you and the camera.’ … That terrified me and excited me at the same time. Once we got on the set and I was there with Iggy, everything just started feeling right.” (Complex)
J. Lo dished on just how tired she was in this video clip…
Lopez also admitted the two-day shoot wore her down.
“It took two days to do it and I was exhausted,” J. Lo added. “I wish it only took one day. People look at it like it’s kinda easy like, ‘Oh, that’s not hard work,’ if I show you the picture of myself on the sofa at the end of the night, the second night after 16 hours, I look like a soaked wet rag.” (Complex)
J. Lo teased fans about the music video’s release a few weeks ago.

Last month, Jennifer touched on the attention Iggy received over her lower backside.
When asked if she feels like she’s passing on the booty torch to the Aussie rapper, she laughed and told us, “We’re in it together! It’s not about passing torches or anything.” Lopez continued, “There’s room for every artist, all types of artists, all the time. I’m not one of those people that needs to be the queen or anything like that, I just feel like I want to share my music and perform and share love with people.” (E! Online)
