Roc Nation's Jeezy has bigger things on his mind than entertaining a beef with ex-CTE member Freddie Gibbs and appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night (March 19) alongside West Coast rapper YG.

During YG’s set, Jeezy made an unexpected appearance to perform their “My Hitta” collaboration.

A day after the release of his debut My Krazy Life, YG put on for his city during his appearance on Wednesday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” With DJ Mustard on the turntables and red Chuck Taylors on his feet, the Compton MC took the indoor stage to perform a medley of his hits “Who Do You Love” and “My Hitta” featuring a guest appearance from his CTE boss Jeezy. He returned for an encore of his ScHoolboy Q and Jay Rock-assisted banger “I Just Wanna Party.” (Rap-Up)

This week, Gibbs said he would continue name-dropping the “Snowman” until Jeezy spoke out.

“Of course he don’t know what he doing. Hell nah, he don’t know what the f*ck he doing. And I’mma stay on his punk a** till he say something about it. I’mma keep drilling his punk a** into the ground. … I don’t just got people around me sucking my d*ck. That’s his problem, too many f*cking yes-men, not telling you the real. I made mine in this game.” (Grantland)

Gibbs unleashed an anti-Jeezy record to the masses last week.

Today, Gibbs shares the studio cut of the track with fans, and the so-called ‘snowman killa’ proves he is out for blood. Showcasing his wordplay on the first verse before cutting to the chase on the second, “Real” is – if nothing else – another strong entry in Gibbs’ record collection. It may be hard to think about that when you’re laughing and gasping at the shade thrown toward Jeezy on the back half of the track, but even when he’s being vicious Gibbs is still a pro at crafting memorable singles. Freddie raised eyebrows a few days prior after performing “Real” during a Chicago show.

When he performed the new song “Real” in Chicago last week, he had some scathing words for Jeezy, referencing his beef with Gucci Mane and his scuffle with Rick Ross backstage at 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Though it’s difficult to understand every word in the video footage, there are a few lines you can hear pretty clearly, beginning with, “You wanna be Jay Z, n—a you just a f—g puppet.” “You say you’re the realest, but Ross had you scared to drop a diss record,” Gibbs spits, “You had the whole team looking weak, I guess that’s why they ran up on you at BET.” (I Want Pop)
