Music mogul JAY-Z‘s TIDAL is back at it. The digital giant has announced its fourth annual TIDAL X Brooklyn concert will go down next month.
On Wednesday, the entertainment platform revealed the October 23 event will support criminal justice reform organizations.

While TIDAL hasn’t yet announced its headliners, past performers have included Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Common and Usher.
TIDAL’s annual philanthropic concert, TIDAL X: Brooklyn is coming back for the 4th year on Tuesday, October 23rd. This year, the streaming service will be supporting criminal justice reform efforts through organizations like REFORM and Equal Justice Initiative. Over the course of the last three years, TIDAL has helped to raise more than $10 million for social justice, disaster relief & recovery, and education causes. Performers have included Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys, DNCE, Bebe Rexha, Common, Usher, Nick Jonas and much more.
