Recently, Southern rapper Boosie Badazz gave a positive outlook on Meek’s publicized prison stint.
“Prison don’t hurt you. Let’s get this right. Prison does not hurt you. The only thing it does is take you out the streets for a minute and it might hurt a relationship with a family member or a kid who you’re away from. First of all, if you’re a licensed artist, you’re going to to get checks anyway and you can’t spend them. So your money’s going to stack up on there. You won’t be getting show money but your demand will go up ten times when you come home. Your first two, three months doing shows – $100,000, $100,000, $100,000, $100,000, you’re gonna make it back in two or three months in what you made. Meek Mill is going to do the same thing. This week, a report surfaced about Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid low-key visiting Mill.
Joel went to visit Meek last Friday, along with 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, and we’re told the visit went as good as it could. As one Sixers source put it, “They really lifted Meek’s spirits.” (TMZ Sports)
A few days ago, Hot 97 radio veteran Funk Flex and Tory Lanez saluted Meek amid his publicized two-year prison stint.

Over what? Because someone did wrong…fool! Meek is like my brother down the street. Like getting in trouble over dumb shit… and knowing you are on probation.
