Music mogul JAY-Z is relying on his craft to make sure the entire world is woke on a Saturday night. The hip-hop veteran took to the “Saturday Night Live” stage to rally up support for NFL free agent and criticized Black Lives Matter supporter Colin Kaepernick.
The Jigga Man went on the “SNL” broadcast draped in a customized Kaepernick jersey to perform his 4:44 song “Bam” alongside Damian Marley.
Saturday Night Live returned this weekend, and Jay Z was ready to own the moment. The rapper served as the musical guest and wasted no time in calling attention to the national anthem protests and Colin Kaepernick. Jay Z rocked a custom-made jersey that said ‘Colin K’ on the back, a clear message of support to the man who started the anthem protests that Donald Trump has trapped in his crosshairs. Trump’s comments about NFL players protesting incited mass unity among players last Sunday in locking arms or taking a knee during the national anthem. (Fansided)

What i don’t understand is black, urban media…if you know the reason he, Colin was kneeling…why bring up the president? You are assisting him in his distraction campaign. We all know what he said and i am not surprised mainstream media carries his torch. But can we stand for anything? Every time the flag or anthem is brought up can we reinforce that OUR stance is against police brutality and the lack of justice the courts provide. Don’t allow THEIR tactics to drown out the issue…our issue…America’s issue. What will it take? Soon the president will reinstate slavery…then what?
