Music couple Jay Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter showed love to the troops serving overseas in Afghanistan with a special "On The Run" HBO screening.
According to reports, troops in Afghanistan and Kuwait were treated to the footage on New Year’s Eve.
The concert aired following a videotaped message from Queen Bey herself. “I just want to say a big thank you to all of our troops for everything you do to keep our country safe,” she said. “We all sleep better at night knowing that you guys are protecting us, and we’re filled with gratitude.” She continued, “So we wanted to do something special for you guys. We teamed up with our friends at the USO to do a private screening just for you guys of the ‘On the Run Tour.'” (Rap-Up)

Beyoncé was clad in a sexy striped bikini while her husband relaxed in a t-shirt and swim trunks; they were all smiles while chatting from their chairs, and Beyoncé appeared to be laughing at something that popped up on her cell phone (which was, of course, decked out with a “Surfboard” cover).
