Hollywood actor Jamie Foxx took a dig at fellow actor Steve Harvey at last night’s Golden Globes ceremony by referencing his now-infamous Miss America 2016 blunder.
Foxx intentionally announced the wrong winner for “Best Original Score” Sunday (January 10) evening.
While presenting the Golden Globe for best original score, Foxx announced Straight Outta Compton as the winner. The problem? Straight Outta Compton wasn’t even nominated in the category. “I’m sorry folks, I made a mistake,” Foxx joked. “It’s right here on the card.” The winner was Ennio Morricone for The Hateful Eight. The Miss Universe host poked fun at himself over accidentially announcing the wrong winner in late December.
A few days prior, rap star Game issued a heartfelt statement on Harvey’s situation.
Game’s former mentor 50 Cent poked fun at Harvey’s incident on Instagram last month.
