New York rap veteran Ja Rule has offered some thoughts on the publicized feud between Young Money’s Drake and Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill.

In Rule’s opinion, Meek has an uphill battle on his hands dealing with Drizzy.

“At this point it’s gonna be tough for Meek,” Rule said in an open discussion. “So, your street mentality kicks in first. ‘However you wanna do it homeboy. You wanna do it on wax? You wanna do it off the streets? However you wanna do it. We can do it either way.’ That’s where Meek’s at with it. Drake’s probably at that point with it too. Like ‘Yo, I said what I said and I know I’ma have to see you somewhere.’” (“Uncommon Sense”)

Rule recently reacted to being name-checked in Meek’s “Wanna Know” Drake diss track.

A couple weeks ago, Meek released his hard-hitting “Wanna Know” Drake diss song.

“If you ain’t write that runnin’ through the six sh*t,” Meek raps. “Tell us who the f*ck was Quentin [Miller] running through the six with … Did he write it for you ’cause you know you never did sh*t – we the type of n*ggas tie your mother up/F*ck your sister in the a** and hit your brother up/You really sweet, I call you buttercup – You should have just said nothing, now you’re going to have to give me a check to stop – All I hear is platinum that, platinum this, meanwhile I’m on the carpet with a platinum chick. … Puffy almost caught a domestic when he slapped that b*tch. … You let Tip homie piss on you in the movie theater, n*gga, we ain’t forget. [laughs] This sh*t is lit, this that Ja Rule sh*t and 50 Cent.” (“Wanna Know”)

Drake treated fans to an unexpected new Meek diss with his “Back to Back” freestyle in late July.

“You gon’ make me step out of my f*ckin’ frame/You gon’ make me buy bottles for Charlamagne/You gon’ make me go out of my f*ckin’ way/I waited four days n*gga, where y’all at? … Yeah, trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers/You getting bodied by a singing n*gga/I’m not the type of n*gga that’ll type to n*ggas/Shout out to all my boss b*tches wife-in n*ggas/Make sure you hit him with the prenup/Then tell that man to ease up” (“Back to Back” Freestyle)

  1. ja should be the last person giving an opinion on rap beef he still aint recover yet from 50

    • You mean he ain’t recovered from the Feds. Along with 50’s dry snitching, LOL. Now karma has hit 50 in the mouth.

      • People online will never accept the Feds major role, its all about a winner and loser no matter how it happened for them.

  2. MMEK MILL VS DRAKE is payback for FIDDY VS JA RULE….I have been said DRAKE was the “lightskin” JA RULE….making “sing songy R&B raps”..and MEEK MILL was a low budget 50 CENT…..years later ppl wil say the same damn thing……
