Ja Rule Celebrates One Of His Biggest Albums 18th Anniversary

New York rapper Ja Rule is reminding fans time flies by. The hip-hop veteran has remembered the 18th anniversary of his now-classic Rule 3:36 album.

Rule went to Instagram this week to put a little respect on his breakout release.

A few days ago, R&B singer Kehlani asked Rule not to drop one of their secret collabos.
