On the record, Prince goes after the rap heavyweights and personally attacks Diddy for allegedly assaulting Young Money’s Drake last year.

Rap-A-Lot Records CEO James Prince recently recorded the cold-blooded warning — which we’re told he calls a “courtesy call” — and we got our hands on it. Sources connected to J. Prince tell us this has been simmering since Diddy punched Drake outside LIV Nightclub back in December. On the track, Prince makes it clear Drizzy is “family,” and adds … “Puffy feeling like he can put his hands on my family, open the doors for his family to be touched. You reap what you sow.” (TMZ)

December reports claimed Diddy’s issues with Drake came from him using their alleged joint instrumental and creating “0 to 100” last summer.

The beat was produced by Boi-1da and was sent to both rappers earlier this year. While Diddy sat on the beat for months, Drake turned it into the “0 to 100” which later became a hit and even earned him two Grammy nominations, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song. (Ace Showbiz)

Reports claimed a fight between the music stars took place December 7 in Miami.

Miami was filled with celebrities who were winding down Art Basel celebrations over the weekend, but it sounds like things turned sour at club LIV on Sunday night, when Diddy and Drake crossed paths, at a birthday party for DJ Khaled. Rumors have swirled that the dispute was over Puff’s longtime girlfriend Cassie, but we’re being told that is untrue. There are also reports that Drake was hospitalized after the scuffle, but MTV News wasn’t able to confirm. (MTV)

Maybach Music Group affiliate DJ Sam Sneaker previously added fuel to the fire on social media.

    • Wasn’t that J Prince rappin on Damn It Feels Good to be a Gangsta? Think so… or maybe he’ll just talk like on Bun B albums. … “Awwww yeah….”

        • J. Prince quit doing the music thing seriously about 10 years ago, and it was always just one of his many ventures when it was at it’s peak. Tell me one time even a Geto Boy album got a big promotional push? He’d do one commercial for an album and run it on BET’s Rap City, send his street team out in Houston to flood the streets, and shoot maybe 1 or 2 videos for an album regardless of who the artist was. They just always made good music without all the flash. Hell, I probably bump more of their old shit than anybody from the 90’s still. Shit was on point.

He’s way deeper in the boxing world these days and makes a lot of money on that along with his ranches. It’s why the Feds are always watching him because they think he’s into illegal activities on top of that money, which is substantial.

  1. “Puffy know who hit that nigga, man, that nigga soft He’s scared dem boys from the Westside will break him off Jump on his ass, so he run to Harlem to shake ’em off”

    -50 Cent

    • J. Prince ain’t no WWF dude. Nobody he mentioned will respond. I don’t know how his son gets down, but his Pops is official. Beleive that.

  2. “Puffy gettin robbed like a bitch, to hide that fact, he did some shit he shouldn’t have did so we ridin for that”

    -2Pac

  3. smh nigga look like mlk from selma. we gots to do better people

  4. He said it opens doors for someone from Puffy’s family to be touched! Fonzworth better watch out.

  5. Trying to be the big bad enforcer that a soft cookie like Drake need cause nobody from Cash Money said anything when Puffy hit Drake. Rap-A-Lot has issues with Wayne for him getting with Christina Milian after she was with Jas Prince. Trying to divide and conquer, thinking Drake might go with Rap-A-Lot when this Cash Money disintegrates.

    • They are cool, which is why I didn’t necessarily see it as a diss and more of a stfu because you know this my little homie that you dissin’. J. Prince is a type that will strike out before giving warnings if he was really wanting to get at anybody. He seemed to be letting people know how this shit gonna go and if it doesn’t, it’s going to be a problem for them from how Drake is handled regardless of what’s going on with Wayne at Cash Money, to them needing to break his boy off the rest of his paper, to letting Sean know not to forget that he will bitch slap somebody that disrespects somebody he’s down with.

      • Who gone touch Puff? FOH. Niggas have influence on they soil only. HOU niggas do not have tentacles past 3rd coast. NYC on the other hand, is all thru the continental states

        • Obviously, you don’t know who J. Prince Sr. is. You can believe all the myths about Sean you want. Truth is he’s a bisexual cat that got on like that and knows some street dudes from who his daddy was. J. Prince is a street connected dude. Ask Floyd Maywether when he got out of line with him how that went, and I bet you never read about it in the news. Believe me, J. Prince just like Tony Draper are 2 dudes nobody from NY, LA, or wherever else you think they have more power at want problems with. Believe that shit.

          • Matter fact, Sean already had his cord pulled by J. Prince Sr. back in the day when he came to Houston and tried to floss without a pass, which anybody that’s a celebrity will tell you goes through him. Just regular dudes from Houston will tell you that. Just telling you, dude is the real deal on some get in your ass shit for real if you get on his bad side. I don’t know how his son get down, but I doubt he’s on his Pops level (which is the same can go for Sean since his Pops was that dude and he’s lived off that forever with some people but he ain’t built like that when it comes down to it).

  6. fucked up for slim to say that shit bout suge while in his current situation though. j -prince a real nigga not saying he fraud for it . but i would have liked to see it said while suge was home and not in his current situation to where i can see if suge respond

    • The Suge thing I didn’t really see as a diss since those two used to eat together and allegedly both got their startup money for their labels from Harry O. He was more telling him to shut that shit up about Drake because he knows the only reason Drake got a pass into the industry was because Houston via him and his son got him in that door. Otherwise, he would never have overcome that credibility gap as a former teeny bopper star. If it’s a person to know behind the scenes, J. Prince or Tony Draper would be the best 2 I’d align myself with because neither is flashy, and dudes know they’ll get in your ass for real if you get out of line with them, not on any Hollywood fake shit. Suge that way too, so I more saw it as him telling him to calm his shit down with threatening somebody he doesn’t know for somebody else he doesn’t know that well, when Prince does know Drake well and put him in the game. It was more of a “you know how I get down” type thing to me. Also, I doubt he just recorded this yesterday or since Suge got locked up. Dudes were still talking about Draper is eating off of Rick Ross from when he was signed to Suave House almost 20 years ago.

    • And yet it is Puffy that lives to see another day and punch another rapper. Thug life

“he did some shit he shouldn’t have did”….Blamed puffy for getting shot & in true thug life fashion, wrote a rhyme about it. lol

    • And Puffy hasn’t been the same since Biggie was killed & in true thug life fashion, 2Pac even wrote a song about it “God Bless the Dead.”…LOL

    • Yea Puffy just worth close to a Billion, I’d say he’s doing wayyyyyyyyy better lol

    • hasn’t been the same? lol. he just got richer and his brand got bigger. take that take that

    • yeah, but he has no soul. Would rather be broke with a soul, than rich without a soul

  8. smh nigga look like mlk from selma. we gots to do better people

  9. The only reason Puff get a bad rap is because he don’t talk shit in public to amuse mf’s. Do your research on Puff and his family, that man is connected by deep roots.
