5. His Philanthropic Ventures In Houston Are Huge
Having lived in Houston, Texas for his whole life, he’s given back an enormous amount. Currently J. Prince is founding a community center near the city’s 5th Ward (also his former stomping grounds) that aims to help underprivileged neighborhoods. Prince also founded a recreation center in the 5th Ward, which ultimately resulted in Mayor Bill White proclaiming “James Prince Day” in Houston. He’s also led multiple initiatives on HIV/AIDS prevention and safe sex for the city’s youth.
