Cole and Dreamchasers boss Meek Mill are gearing up to perform at next month’s 2019 NBA All-Star Game in North Carolina.
The 2019 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game has announced a lineup of musical performances. The game will open with a performance from Meek Mill, while J. Cole will headline the event’s halftime show. Veteran crooner Anthony Hamilton is also slated to pull through for a performance.
Charlotte-born R&B singer Anthony Hamilton will perform the U.S. National Anthem, and Carly Rae Jepsen will sing the Canadian National Anthem. Mill and Jay-Z launched the REFORM Alliance, “a prison reform organization with sports and business leaders to try and reform the criminal justice system,” according to the NBA’s announcement.
