The first reason people should listen to “Illegal Immigrant” is because I released three mixtapes in 2014. If you listen to all of the projects, you hear all of the different sounds and come to the realization the songs do not sound like anything that’s on each project. I’ve grown as an artist and I’ve given people different stories and different sides of me as a person. That’s one reason.

Reason 2: Fused Up

The second reason is because I’m on a different level. I’m the only artist in the history to really mix hip-hop, trap music and dancehall. I come from Kingston and people know we are people that come from reggae music. People love reggae because of the way it sounds but people don’t usually know what the artists are saying because of the dialect. I allow people to understand what I’m saying in the music. I doesn’t take people more than five times to understand exactly what I’m saying on each track because I am perfectly blending the songs together so that an inner city or urban youth in Atlanta can relate. People all over can understand.

Reason 3: Certified Collaborator

Another reason you should listen to “Illegal Immigrant” is because I’ve had collaborations with everyone from Waka Flocka and T.I. to Trae tha Truth. I can’t even name everyone I’ve worked with. I’m the only artist out here without a major backing or label and been in the studio with all of these guys. I have not bought anything. I believe in everything being organic. I’m not taking the same route as everyone else. I want my music to organically blow up.

Reason 4: The King’s Approval

We have everyone on the mixtape from T.I. to Trae tha Truth to Spodee. OG Maco is on there. He’s a very good friend of mine. I’ve been blessed to work with artists that are much bigger than I am. People are making music with me for the right reason. I speak about reality. I am truly a gangster in real life but I’m a very respectful person. I never get lost in my alter ego. My mom raised me to be a very confident person. It will never, ever change me. I’m about progression, I’m about helping others and seeing others win as well. It’s not all about me.

Reason 5: The Beats
My producers S-K-I, they bring a new element to music. They’re not trying to sound like anything else. They discovered me in Atlanta. We always make great music and people should know we have an EP coming out pretty soon. MiKe WiLL Made It is also on it. There’s a lot of producers who worked on this project with me. I also write all of my music. It’s all me. People need to know I come up with all over the ideas, the melodies and the words.
