What do you get when you mix a medieval fantasy saga with one of the most controversial rappers ever? You get the brilliantly executed and cleverly titled The Don Killuminati: The Seven Kingdoms a mash-up of one of the most exciting shows on television HBOs The Game Of Thrones matched with one of the most provocative rappers in history, Tupac Shakur. The inspiration behind the project was the shows own Emilia Clarke, the project was produced by Hip-Hop artist and Producer Tony K who was inspired to create the mashup after reading that Clarke listened to Tupac Shakur to help prepare for her role as Daenerys Targaryen on the hit TV series. The mashup blends songs like “Changes”, “Dear Mama”, & “Still Ballin” with the Game Of Thrones soundtrack from German composer Ramin Dajawadi also known for scoring the 2008 Marvel film Iron Man. The Game Of Thrones dark orchestration blends perfectly with Tupac’s lyrics and it seems like the right thing to do putting one of the best rappers ever on that throne not many other rappers deserve to sit on the throne.
