Hustle Gang‘s Iggy Azalea isn’t holding her head down. The hip-hop diva recently talked about her publicized split from ex-fiancé Nick Young.
According to Iggy, they haven’t talked since she packed her bags last summer.
“I’m so good. It’s crazy you know, I moved out in July and we’re coming up to June now because it’s about to be my birthday and I’m like, ‘Wow. That’s almost a year ago. Time really flies.’ But I’ve been having a good ol’ time. I’m good. I don’t think about it much. I don’t think you should be thinking about that a year later because I don’t. Ever. I don’t. At all. [Have we talked since I moved out?] No. No. No communication. No communication on that one. There was nothing else to say. What do you say after that? You can’t really kinda take that back. Azalea also discussed her current living situation since going out on her own.
“I’ve been living alone. I moved last August into my new house. So I’ve been in my new house for a while now with my two dogs who I live with out in Calabasas. I love it. It’s really my favorite. I love it. It’s the best.” (“Zach Sang Show”)
Back in January, Iggy trolled the Internet over random new boyfriend speculation.
Last year, Iggy admitted her split from ex-fiancé Nick Young had caused a delay in releasing new music.
“I needed a lot of time,” she told PEOPLE on Thursday at the Longines Masters of Los Angeles Gala. “I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiancé is having a baby with someone else, you’re going to need some time, right? … I just kind of felt like, on top of me needing the personal time, then feeling, ‘Okay, I’m single now.
