Hustle Gang’s Iggy Azalea has revealed the title of her upcoming follow-up to last year’s The New Classic album.
Barring any changes, Iggy’s sophomore studio release will be called Digital Distortion.
Recently, Hustle Gang leader T.I. detailed his current work relationship with Iggy.
“That’s still my partner,” T.I. said of Azalea, known for her hit song “Fancy.” ”Her life has taken her in a different direction. My life is still as it was before. But Iggy is doing what she feels makes Iggy happy. That’s what she should do. We’re focused on making the next Iggy record and dodge the same adversities we faced last time.” (AP)
Iggy put a swift end to feud speculation and revealed she still had Hustle Gang ties last month.
September reports claimed Tip and Iggy had split up a couple years ago.
Based on our interactions with T.I. it seemed he ended it with her sometime in 2015. According to our Iggy sources, they had a mutual parting of the ways in 2013, when she signed with Island Def Jam. As one source put it … T.I. hasn’t had any involvement in the last 10 songs she’s put out … many of which have climbed the charts, like “Trouble” and “Pretty Girls.” We’re told the two are still on amicable terms, and there’s some sort of deal where T.I. gets a percentage for discovering her.
