[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name their Top 5 rappers of all-time. To make things tricky, we've created a "Hall of Fame" of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned. After Webstar unleashed his fave rappers, rapper/singer Hazel-E undresses her top artists.]

Madonna. She’s a legend. She’s my Michael Jackson. So what people feel about Michael Jackson, is how I feel about Madonna. ‘Like A Virgin’, ‘Express Yourself,’ she was that girl. She is the best to me and the best that ever did it.
-
Kanye West. The Watch the Throne tour, to me, felt like Jay-Z was handing over his throne to Kanye West. I was like he was co-signing Kanye as the next dude to take over the game and I understand why because he’s a genius. Musically, everything he’s done, I’ve liked. I know he’s going to keep growing as an artist.

Lil Kim. Out of all the female rappers, Foxy Brown and Amil, she was just that girl to me.
-
Fergie. She’s my inspiration. I love Fergie. She’s everything to me.

M.I.A. Her flow is retarded. Her flow is sick. Her content is dope to me, she’s an intelligent girl and I like her movement. I like what she stands for.
