According to reports, Gucci Mane must pay nearly $60,000 to victim Diana Graham.

Gucci Mane learned the hard way … DO NOT shove a woman out of a moving Hummer … because that woman will sue you and then a judge will order you to cough up almost $60,000 in punitive damages. Gucci was arrested in 2011 after he allegedly pushed a woman named Diana Graham out of a moving Hummer — all because she refused to go to a hotel room with him. He pled guilty to several charges and was sentenced to six months in jail. Diana then sued the rapper for damages following the incident … claiming mental anguish, pain and emotional distress. (TMZ)

The judge also approved Graham to go after his personal assets including his vehicles and bank accounts.

A Georgia judge recently ruled in her favor … a default judgement because Gucci failed to show up in court and submitted false testimony. The judge awarded Diana $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering. The judge also signed an order allowing Diana to go after the rapper’s cars, bank accounts and other assets to settle her debt. (TMZ)

Last summer, the Atlanta rapper talked about getting released after serving time on the crime.

‘”I got out like a day ago. First thing I did, I just got my feet planted on the ground,” Gucci revealed in an interview. “Went back to the studio, banged out about five records. I got some great writing done, I got some new hits that people need to wait on…[In] ten years, hopefully I’ll still be touring, making music, doing something that I love. Right now, rapping is the thing that I love. Maybe then, I’ll have another passion.” (Karma Loop TV)

Despite his initial denial, Gucci served multiple months behind bars.

Rapper Gucci Mane’s lawyer is denying accusations that the musician pushed a woman out of his Hummer as he drove down a suburban Atlanta street in January. Attorney Ashutosh Joshi said Tuesday the artist intends to plead not guilty. DeKalb County prosecutors on Tuesday announced formal charges of battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct against the rapper, also known as Radric Delantic Davis, 31. DeKalb Solicitor-General Sherry Boston said the rapper’s conduct “shows a wilful disregard for a woman’s personal safety.” Joshi said he and his client look forward to having the opportunity to fight the charges in court.
