[Many people were heavily influenced by the God of Horrorcore, Ganxsta NIP, and when it comes to the genre, no one can f@%k with him. He wrote the classic Bushwick track “Chuckie” off the Geto Boys most successful album “We Can’t Be Stopped”, released four classic solo albums on Rap-A-Lot and several on his own label Psych Ward Entertainment. Check out his interview on the Murder Master Music Show and peep five memorable quotes below!]

On Being Part Of Houston’s South Park Coalition For 30 Years

Shout-out to the whole SPC. That’s the blessing of being in the SPC because there is so many different people. There ain’t too many groups that could still be doing it on a high level, or even a higher level than what we was. I feel that I am even higher than I was. You have to remember that steel sharpens steel. With me and Rino on a song together you know you have to come hard and he knows he has to come hard. It’s so many hard cats in the SPC you have to stay on your game!

Writing Chuckie for Bushwick on the Geto Boys Classic Album We Can’t Be Stopped

It was important for me to write Chuckie because that was the first song to go worldwide that was a Horrorcore song. I was able to get a Gold plaque out of that, a platinum plaque for that, and I got a bunch of money out of that. J-Prince asked me to write something for Bushwick. We went to Galveston and we wrote that shit out there and recorded it. I never knew it would help my career like it did. Shout out to J-Prince, and Shout out to Rapalot. I’m Rapalot 4 Life!

Ganxsta NIP Speaks On Recently Meeting Esham For The First Time

Esham just came to Houston and paid me to do a show with him. I had a great time with the brother, and I hope we can do it again. We made a song together. It was epic man, that brother has a real good spirit. One thing about me is I’m a hustler, I’m on the street every day, and I can generally get a sesnse of what kind of person you are in about 2 minutes flat. He’s a good brother and I would like to work with him again!

Ganxsta NIP Recalls Legendary Battle W/ K-Rino

At the time I went to Jones High School and I was hearing about this cat at Sterling names K-Rino and he was hard. Like he was saying on that song he heard about me and eventually we was gonna have to bump heads. Like he said in the song I had my soldiers and he had his soldiers. We started going at it back and forth, back and forth, and all of a sudden it started raining hard, after about 20 or 30 minutes we started back. That sh*t was crazy, and he asked me to hook up and said we will do much better together.

Ganxsta NIP Reflects On Mr. 3-2

Me and 3-2 use to hang out and we use to smoke together. We stayed kinda close to each other. It was just an honor to be around him! 3-2 was one of the only brothers that got money in 3 different groups. He got money with the Convicts (with Big Mike), he got money by himself, and he got money with the Blac Monks. Alot of people got alot of styles off 3-2 too. He was a legend with his quotes. He was a legend! When I heard that I was so crushed! I came out with the song “Stop the Killing” to be able to allow Brother NIP to show homage to 3-2. I did that quick!
