West Coast rapper Game might have cops on the prowl for him this week as reports claim a physical altercation went down with him and another man last weekend.

Despite the dicey reports, Game said he was completely in the right for punching a guy during a basketball game Sunday (March 29).

Sources connected to Game tell us the rapper says the punchee started things by throwing an elbow at Game … who responded by elbowing him right back. Then it got really heated — Game claims the guy said don’t make me go to my gym bag because … “I got that thing.” The clear hint was the guy had a gun. What happened next was a case of punch or be punched — we’re told Game is saying the guy raised his fist first, and that’s when Game threw his Tyson-tatted right hand. (TMZ)

A Los Angeles judge recently delayed a ruling on Game’s legal war with a former nanny employed by him.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said he still needs information on what attempts Karen Monroe has made to get work and how much her therapy is costing. Monroe sued the 35-year-old rapper in July 2013 after he allegedly ranted about her on Instagram, accusing her of neglecting his children and describing her as a “very dangerous baby sitter.” Mitchell said he is unlikely to issue a seven-figure judgment against the entertainer. Back in December, Game caught a break by having a judgement delayed.

A judge today delayed issuing a default judgment against the rapper The Game, who is accused of defaming the former nanny of his children in a rant on Instagram. In what may be the first Instagram libel case, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff gave plaintiff Karen Monroe’s attorney until Feb. 24 to provide more documentation to support her therapy expenses and how she claims she lost income due to damage to her reputation. (LA Daily News)

According to 2013 reports, the nanny went after Game’s head following publicized comments he made about her following termination.

In what might be a first, a celebrity is being taken to court for alleged defamation on Instagram, the popular photo-sharing social media forum. The lawsuit comes from a woman named Karen Monroe who says hip-hop superstar The Game hurt her reputation. (The Hollywood Reporter)

  1. game is the king of sucker punches,,,every fight he has been in minus the 40 glocc assault had to do with game sucker punching dudes ie ,,,,,too many to list.. i would love to know where his hand skills are straight up without hitting from behind are when least not expecting.

      • If you watched the video it did not look like anything that was described. I didn’t see an elbow at all. Secondly, he did not square up as he was still holding the basketball when Game swung on him. I think it was a sucker punch.

      • ok well,, heres what would happen.. Game would come up to me and commence to talking that peace talk and squashing our issues… as soon as we shake hands and i turn to walk away i would get hit on the BACK of my head with either a punch or some bottle of cheap liquor..thats probably about accurate.

      • Game got 2 homiez in the dirt out here in SoCal him and his weak hood are not what you think they are.

  2. I’ll give it to Game. He actually does get his hand dirty. However, the circumstances always seem to be very sketchy. He either sucker punches people or he jumps them. Watching the video, that was clearly a cheap shot by Game. One time that it seemed that Game did shoot a fair one, he got knocked out in a mall.
