Game Can’t Respect Madonna & Jimmy Fallon’s Water Crisis Donations: “She’s Gotta Be Close To A Billionaire” [Video]

West Coast rapper Game has stepped forward to speak out on his personal issue with high-profile celebrities like Jimmy Fallon and Madonna only donating $10,000 to the Michigan water crisis efforts this week.

Game explained his problem with the multi-millionaires not dishing out bigger donations for a life-saving cause.

“I just figured, Madonna’s gotta be close to a billionaire or something, I just thought that the $10,000 was a joke to me. No one else has to share that opinion or feel like that, I just felt like we’re going to donate some water, let’s donate some water.” (TMZ)

A few days ago, Game said he felt inspired and donated $500,000 of his own money to the water crisis causes.

Celebrities Diddy, Mark Wahlberg, Eminem and Wiz Khalifa have all united to donate one million bottles of water.

“AQUAhydrate investors Mark Wahlberg and REVOLT chairman, Sean “Diddy” Combs, are teaming with Eminem and Wiz Khalifa to donate one million bottles of AQUAhydrate to the people of Flint. “The initial donation of five thousand cases is making it’s way across the country and is expected to arrive early next week.” The statement added that the company “is working closely with Michigan state and emergency management in a long-term commitment until the water issue is resolved”. Flint mayor Karen Weaver reacted to rap star Meek Mill donating water to her city last week.

“Yes, I sure would,” when asked if she would like to see other artists outside of Meek Mill donating to the water crisis efforts. “It’s wonderful to have that kind of support and getting him involved. I appreciate that. I would like [Michigan native celebrities] as well. You know it would be well appreciated – thank-you so much [Meek Mill]. I sure would like the opportunity to thank him and talk to him. Thank-you so much. I appreciate it, the residents of the city of Flint love you for that. [Am I waiting for Eminem next?] That’s right. Eminem, Kid Rock, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker. [laughs]” (TMZ)

  1. At least she donated… I wonder if he will ask Dr. Dre how much he’s giving?  Or why Dre Donated 75 million to USC and not historical black colleges who have struggled since their existence?  Nope… he won’t ask that.  Madonna is low hanging fruit, that “call out” was easy.  Even though she didn’t have to give a thing to these poor blacks in need in the first place. Next time she will probably keep her money all together.

  2. Agreed. Donations are donations, but can’t lie, she is from Michigan she should have either made a private donation or gone the extra mile like $50k.

    • I like your post, but she’s from Bay City, which is an hour from Flint.  That’s like holding LA entertainers accountable for something that happens in San Diego.  You’re right, she should give more, but he’s wrong for calling her out and counting her money, publicly. As sensitive as he is, he would flip a switch if anybody questioned him for anything

    • I believe Patsbackonit said MICHIGAN. Which is the state that both of those cities are in. Never said Flint. Unless you think Michigan is a city…..
