G.O.O.D. Music’s Malik Yusef has provided fans with a major update on longtime pal Kanye West. According to the music veteran, Ye is focused on his health and recovering from a publicized late 2016 hospitalization.

According to Yusef, Yeezy’s starting to get his memory back as he clocks in family goals with his son Saint.

“Went to his house, I was gonna go last week but we couldn’t get together, he had some other stuff to do. But I went to his house, sat down with him for about six, seven hours and just walked him through his health and recovery. His memory’s coming back. His memory’s coming back which is super good and just healing. [He’s] spending time with his family, Saint is getting big and walking and playing with toys. That invigorates him. [He’s] not working. He’s just going through processes.” (Popsugar)

A few days ago, cameras spotted Ye and his wife Kim Kardashian having a date night.

Kanye West had a hankerin’ for some ice cream Tuesday night after his dinner date with Kim Kardashian — but out of 31 flavors … he settled for just one. Kim and ‘Ye hit the town, grabbing some Italian at E Baldi in Bev Hills, after which they beelined it for Baskin-Robbins. She waited outside, and he ventured in alone. Looks like he’s a man of simple tastes … 1 scoop of strawberry, it seems. (TMZ)

Last week, Kanye made headlines for allegedly taking back his support for President Donald Trump.

Kanye West has scrubbed his Twitter account of all things Trump, and we’re told it’s because he’s super unhappy with the president’s performance over his first 2 weeks in office. Our sources say Kanye’s decision to remove the tweets were all his. The “Muslim ban” and other actions have turned him against the prez. (TMZ)

In January, President Trump’s camp defended not inviting Kanye to his Washington, DC inauguration.

“We haven’t asked him,” he told CNN’s Erin Burnett on “OutFront.” “He considers himself a friend of the President-elect, but it’s not the venue. The venue we have for entertainment is filled out, it’s perfect, it’s going to be typically and traditionally American, and Kanye is a great guy but we just haven’t asked him to perform. We move on with our agenda.” (CNN)
