Bad Boy Records’ French Montana is helping keep the buzz around newly signed Epic Records artist Bobby Shmurda sizzling by remixing his infectious “Hot N*gga” track. #thehypeisreal

The duo’s new joint effort emerged online Tuesday (August 5).

Following BeyoncĂ©, Drake, and Chris Brown, French Montana is the latest artist to join the Shmurda craze with his remix to Bobby Shmurda’s viral sensation “Hot Ni**a.” The Coke Boy shouts out Meek Mill and even does the Shmurda Dance “on that pu**y.” He plans to drop his new single “Don’t Panic” on August 12, and has been in the studio with Remy Ma. Epic Records executive Sha Money XL revealed Shmurda’s addition to the family a few weeks ago.

“Deal is done bobby_shmurda #EPIC no one does the underdogs better then me. Brooklyn this 1 is for you!,” Sha tweeted July 18.

Over the past few weeks, Shmurda’s received recognition from a slew of music stars.

Bobby has built an impressive Internet buzz that translated to real life stamps from the likes of Beyoncé (who smoney danced on stage at the MetLife); Jay Z (who gave him a lyrical shout out in concert); and Raekwon, Meek Mill, and Fabolous who have all brought him out at various shows. (BET)
