Montana confirmed Ye’s efforts on his official sophomore studio release and co-signed his greatness.

He has been in the studio with Khloe’s brother-in-law, Kanye West, who is executive producing Mac & Cheese. “Kanye was somebody that I was supposed to sign with when I first came in the game,” said French. “I have nothing but respect for him. He’s a legend, he’s an icon. I just feel like he has that Mac & Cheese sound, that soul food sound.” (Rap-Up)

Although the song’s title remains unknown, Montana provided a 12-second snippet of a Kanye anthem via Instagram back in July.

While the LP is not due until November, Montana recently said he had actively pieced together his long-awaited Mac & Cheese studio release.

“[It will be] Mac & Cheese, and it’s like a follow up to all my mix tapes that I had. I got Kanye on the album, I got will.i.am on the album, I’ve got Durk on the album and Chinx,” he revealed. And what’s it been like working with Yeezy? “I love it — we’ve been working on his album and mines so we’re just going back and forth.” So far, French says that they’ve banked about five tracks, and it seems like we’ll be hearing the first one on his project. Picking up where his previously free download projects left off, Montana said his upcoming release would cater to his fans’ high expectations last January.

Montana has recently worked with a range of artists, from Miley Cyrus to will.i.am, and is tapping into his eclectic Rolodex for Mac & Cheese 4, including a track with Macklemore called “Nightmare.” But the one person who he really wants is mostly unattainable. “The only person I wish I could work with right now is Max B,” Montana says about his beloved, incarcerated mentor. 1. that don’t panic track is hard, but the beat make anything the nigga say sound more likable, never heard any of his mac and cheese mix tapes but in the beginning it seemed his guest verses trumped were better than his own stuff ( coughs BIG SEAN)

    • If choose to listen to any of them I suggest you listen M&C 3. That tape is what his album should’ve sound like.
