West Coast rap pals DJ Mustard and YG are reportedly linking up for an upcoming joint project called 400 Summers.
Both hip-hop artists went to Instagram Wednesday (August 10) evening to announce the new audio release.
Back in April, Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill co-signed YG and Mustard reuniting.
After this past spring’s Coachella music festival, YG alerted fans of being back on strong terms with Mustard.
Last summer, YG denied speculation of possibly having any lasting issues with Mustard following a publicized dispute a few months prior.
“Beefing again [Laughs],” YG joking replied when asked if he was beefing with Mustard again or if they were working together on the new album. “No, we straight. He got a joint on the new album I think. I’m still figuring it all out.” (Billboard)
