Even after death, Nipsey Hussle remains a figure for inspiration and creativity. It took about nine months for one man in Ohio to create the first ever life-size wax figure of the late California icon.
The man who goes by Mr. Officials on Instagram revealed his creation to the world and said it’s the first ever wax figure of the late West Coast rapper. Nipsey died tragically in 2019 after being shot outside his establishment in LA.
Like other celebrity models seen in Madame Tussauds’ museums, the wax figure took about nine months to create. Tussauds’ wax museums, which received some backlash in the past, is the most popular wax figure destination with locations worldwide.
Unfortunately, Tussaud’s left Nipsey Hussle out of their collection so Mr. Officials made it right, getting down to every detail of the rapper, from his hair and tattoos.
Mr. Officials also dressed the figure in his “Crenshaw” attire with black jeans and a shirt while rocking his gold chains and rings. The figure is available to view in person in Cleveland, Ohio at the SouthPark Mall.
