New Jersey rapper Fetty Wap, Dej Loaf, Metro Boomin and more high-profile hip-hop artists have landed on financial publication Forbes’ Top 10 Cash Princes list.
Composed by producer Hit-Boy, hip-hop personality Charlamagne Tha God, Atlantic Records chief Craig Kallman and Forbes staffers, Fetty Wap topped the list.
These artists account for the up-and-comers under the age of 30 that are expected to one day reach the publication’s Hip-Hop Cash Kings list. For 2016, we see Fetty Wap, Joey Bada$$ and Metro Boomin joined by G-Eazy, Boi-1da, Little Simz, Dej Loaf, Logic, Lil Dicky and Young Dolph. As you see, the group isn’t solely comprised of males, as Dej Loaf and Little Simz are representing for all of the young, aspiring female hip-hop acts. (Highsnobiety)
December reports claimed Fetty and Dej had major paydays coming for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Recent reports claimed Fetty banked $50,000 for a private party.
The owners of Baron Tequila, a Kosher tequila brand, paid Fetty $50k to rock the house at Illagio in Queens for their son, David. Fetty, who showed up on crutches — still recovering from his motorcycle wreck — rocked the house and gave $1,000 in hundred dollar bills to David so he could “make it rain.” (TMZ)
