Terror Squad leader Fat Joe is putting in some serious work for Labor Day Weekend with the release of his revamped version of hip-hop newcomer Bobby Shmurda‘s “Hot N*gga” anthem.

Joey Crack unloaded the latest remix to Shmurda’s infectious hit heading into the weekend.

It’s Crack, b*tch. Fat Joe serves up the Crack mix to Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot N*gga,” which has been remixed by everyone from Mavado to Lil Mama. Joey bodies the beat and shouts out former Terror Squad member Remy Ma on his grimy verse. Just last month, he reunited with Jennifer Lopez on his Rico Love-produced single “Stressin.” (Rap-Up)

With helping music stars like the late Big Pun and DJ Khaled reach mainstream success, Joey recently said his past trials and tribulations had helped him see a bigger picture.

” I think life is based on karma. You give out what you receive. Coming from nothing, being less fortunate, you see others. You want to just help. Especially people who shine through the positive things and try to do the right thing. Of course, you obviously want to help.” (XXL Mag)

Recently, Joey Crack helped celebrate music star Jennifer Lopez‘s 45th birthday.

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 45th birthday with an almost life-sized cake of her riding a lion … and a bash that cost $100K! J.Lo threw the party for herself at Nammos restaurant in Southampton. A hundred guests sang happy birthday, including Khloe Kardashian, French Montana, Fat Joe, Kelly Ripa, Leah Remini, Andy Cohen and … Maksim, who showed up at 1 AM. There was a fancy, sit down dinner followed by dancing. The party ended at around 4 AM. (TMZ)

Earlier this year, music producer Scott Storch spoke out on what Joey Crack had cooking up.

Footage of the two reigniting the flame that brought them the “Lean Back” monster smash back in 2004 reveals Storch sharing how he met Joe, and the significance of their reunion. “I let a lot of people down a lot of times. He and I, we’d come together a few times a couple years back,” he shared. “And he was kind of disappointed I guess, because I didn’t have that fire. I wasn’t cookin’ it up. And now to come and f-ckin’ reunite together, after he’s back home and he’s inspired and doing his thing again, it’s such good timing.” (VIBE)
