[With the annual Market America World Conference over with, the company’s President of Urban and Latino Development Fat Joe gives SOHH readers the inside on his big stage motivational speeches.]

All I do is put myself in the perspective of the people in the seats, the people who are learning about the business.

Some people want to be motivated and I know how words inspire me. I take my time even though I’m not financially connected with them or I don’t directly make money off people coming to the convention, I’m just passionate about spreading the word of the business and helping somebody get over that hump.

The bottom line is I like to see people succeed. If I can help in any way by motivating them, I’m on the front line.

We’re actually giving back and helping ordinary people. We’re helping people who are tired of working hard, working for someone else’s plan for life. Most people work 45 years of their life and then they’re broke.

You work 45 years of your life to make your boss rich. Not you. You’re working somebody else’s plan. We’re trying to wake everybody up and let them know.

Black and Latinos have been working forever but we’ve been hustling backwards. Now we can hustle with the system and make residual income and become successful and be able to take care of our family and, most importantly, be able to have piece of mind and security.

Self-worth.

I can go on forever to break it down because that’s how passionate I am about this.
