Terror Squad leader Fat Joe doesn’t want no problem with Chance The Rapper. The hip-hop heavyweight has downplayed a witty metaphor he used after coming up short at last Sunday’s Grammy Awards ceremony.
In a new interview, Joe admitted he’s a fan of Chance and did not have any issues with him coming up big at the Grammys.
“I had to make fun about it. Because we lost,” Joe said. “So you gotta man up. You gotta just come out and say we can’t control that. Or you gotta make fun about it. Make it a little metaphor. … I didn’t throw no subliminals to Chance. I’m actually a fan of Chance The Rapper!” (“The Breakfast Club”)
A few days ago, Joey acknowledged his hit “All The Way Up” single coming up short at the awards show.
Joe also went to Instagram with shots of his crew at the Grammy Awards red carpet.
