Famous songwriter Jimmy Webb‘s connection to Kanye West‘s “Famous” has forced him to stick with Team KimYe despite supporting Taylor Swift in the viral war of words.
The fact Webb’s “Do What You Gotta Do” sample appears on the controversial song and he’s an owner of “Famous” has made him not slam Kanye and Kim Kardashian in their war with Swift.
Webb has written hits such as “Wichita Lineman,” “MacArthur Park” and “By the Time I Get to Phoenix.” Webb, a Swift fan, had planned to come to her defense until he learned he had significant ownership in the song. “He said, ‘Hell, Taylor’s a big girl. She can defend herself!’ ” Savini added. (Page Six)

Swift went to Twitter a few nights ago and addressed Kim K trying to expose her secret chat with Yeezy about “Famous.”
