New York rapper Fabolous and Swizz Beatz are all the way here for Diddy’s upcoming Bad Boy documentary. The duo have publicly co-signed Puff Daddy’s Can’t Stop Won’t Stop project.
Heading into the weekend, Fab and Swizzy shouted out Diddy on his upcoming Apple Music exclusive.
Earlier in the week, Puffy officially announced his upcoming must-watch doc.
According to a press release, the Apple Music executive will focus on Bad Boy’s 20-year run.
In 1993, Sean “Diddy” Combs, aka Puff Daddy, founded Bad Boy Records, and changed American life forever. In 2016, the Bad Boy Family reunited for the biggest homecoming in hip-hop history, cementing their legacy as a driving force behind music and culture. The film, produced by Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Heather Parry, alongside executive producers Michael Rapino, Andre Harrell and Alex Avant, explores the passion and personalities behind Bad Boy, and goes inside the ups and downs in the making of a movement and staging of an unprecedented musical event.
Last month, fellow music executive Dame Dash revealed Diddy’s late protégé Notorious B.I.G. wanted to leave Bad Boy for his record label.
“Biggie’s plan was to give Puff and them like three more albums because that’s what his deal is, then come sign with us, and we was gon’ do The Commission. We were looking for like a Charlie Baltimore, it ended up being her, that wasn’t our choice that was his. But, you know, that was what was gonna happen, or at least that’s what was talked about very seriously. I think that’s why he did a double album. Then he was gonna do a triple album, and he was gonna be out his contract, and then he was gonna come f*ck with us.
