Former Toronto Raptors star DeMar DeRozan hasn’t forgotten his NBA roots. The superstar went to social media to pen a message to the organization he’s spent his entire career with.
DeRozan went to Instagram Saturday (July 21) to thank Canada for holding him down for nearly 10 years.

Heading into the weekend, Toronto Raptors global ambassador Drake suggested newly acquired player Kawhi Leonard is destined to play in Canada.

Earlier in the week, Drake penned an open letter bidding farewell to DeRozan and welcoming Leonard to the city.
Along with Leonard, the Raptors also received the Spurs’ star player Danny Green.
