[A month away from the highly-anticipated Floyd Mayweather Jr. versus Manny Pacquiao fight, NFL star-turned-professional boxer Ray Edwards weighs in on the must-see bout.]
That’s a very tough fight. They’re both two very good fighters. One has speed, one has agility. One has great defense and the other has great ring IQ.
It’s a real toss-up fights. I think Floyd only fought eight southpaws but then again he defeated eight southpaws. Pacquiao is a different beast. He’s fast, he jumps around a lot, but I think Mayweather can calm him and hit him with a big shot.
I don’t believe for a second that Mayweather doesn’t study fighters. He studies fighters enough to know what they like to do.
I think he does that to an extent. Manny has a great coach in Freddie Roach and so does Floyd in Floyd Mayweather Sr.
They got a great team behind them and they’re great fighters. It’s a 50-50 fight. You can’t really say this guy is going to dominate him or that this guy is going to do that.
It’s going to be a great fight. It’s going to be epic. I can’t wait to watch it on TV.
This fool….Floyd is faster, has reach advantage. Easy Money
another thing people dont realize is yea manny’s a volume puncher that keeps coming at you but when your missing alot that gets nullified. missing gets you tired quicker then your start trying to time your punches better. tailor made for floyd
