R&B singer Erykah Badu is out here leveling up and giving fans some serious health keys to life. The veteran crooner has dished on the impact a plant-based diet has had on her mind, body and soul.

Badu went to Instagram this week and kept it 100 on her approach to living.

Last month, R&B icon Beyoncé announced a contest to encourage fans to flex their plant-based goals for a chance to win lifetime tix to see her and JAY-Z at any concert.
