Soulful singer Erykah Badu recently gushed over her admiration for today’s music scene, notably, Young Money’s Drake.
In Badu’s opinion, artists like Drake and Rich Gang’s Young Thug are pushing the boundaries.
“There’s a lot of stuff. I love Drake because he’s ever-evolving. He keeps forecasting what will happen. He pays attention to what’s going on and then he embodies it. I love Young Thug. He kinda does the same thing. I love Wolf Gang. The whole Tyler, the Creator camp. What they’re doing in music as a whole with Frank Ocean and Earl Sweatshirt and the Internet… Syd the Kid. The whole movement is awesome.” (Noisey)
This week, former boxing champion Mike Tyson caved into Drizzy’s “Hotline Bling” craze.
During his appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday, the boxing champ brought the meme to life. He grabbed the mic and proceeded to perform the No. 2 song in the country along with some dance moves of his own (watch out Drake). (Rap-Up)

Drizzy’s new music video has sparked huge sales for Moncler jackets.
Domenico Galluccio, a Moncler spokesman, told VF.com that on Tuesday, its Web site sold more than double the number of jackets Drake wore than it typically does on a regular day. “We had a great result on the e-commerce sale of the Maya model,” he said. The Maya retails for $1,150. (Vanity Fair)
