Grammy-winning rapper Eminem kept his word on delivering an epic “Venom” performance. The hip-hop star pulled through for last night’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to perform atop New York’s Empire State Building.

Last night, Em performed his latest single off the new Venom movie soundtrack.

On Monday, the self-proclaimed “Rap God” lit up Instagram to plug his highly-anticipated performance.

Initial reports revealed Em would perform atop the Empire State Building for his televised set.

From atop the iconic EMPIRE State Building, the rapper will ascend 103 floors – over 1,300 feet – to give a special remote performance that will transform the New York City skyline. Eminem’s performance of his title track from the Marvel film “Venom” will be set aglow by a first-of-its kind light show mapped to the EMPIRE State Building using custom algorithms, created by lighting artist-in-residence Marc Brickman and his Tactical Manoeuvre Inc. team. Earlier this month, Em finally premiered his cinematic-looking new “Venom” music video.
