“She Sucks” is one of the most ambitious records that I’ve ever tried to do. It’s a couple different components that make it work. It’s me taking my ability, my God-given gift to write things that make people visualize what I’m saying.
It allowed me to get my Quentin Tarantino or Robert Rodriguez on. Almost like “Grindhouse”-type sh*t.
It’s the most ambitious.
I don’t want to give too many surprises away, but the legendary Chris Dave helped me out with that record. He’s played for D’Angelo and Maxwell and Adele and you name it. He helped me out with that record and I’m real proud of that record.
It’s one of my favorites on the album.
