Dreamville rapper J.I.D. has bigger things than making music to worry about right now. This week, the popular J. Cole protégé took to social media to let fans know he'd suffered a major theft.
J.I.D. x Theft
On Friday, J.I.D. went to Twitter to reveal his identity had been stolen. However, hours later he appeared to suggest the situation might have been addressed and resolved.

His mistakes are coming back to haunt him. About a month ago, the hip-hop heavyweight posted about losing his wallet on Twitter.

Wait, There’s More
J.I.D. has blown up ever since dropping DiCaprio 2 back in 2018. He’d been on tour for 10 months in 2019 and it took a hit on his biggest instrument. The J. Cole protégé shared a video over the winter of 2020 to show what was going on and what his doctor has to say about the matter.
Before You Go
As a result of his vocal issues, J.I.D. took a vow of silence to let his body heal up. He went online to explain his health and the ultimate setback in touring for months.
“On da big God ever since I got off tour I been in pain and nervous af about my voice, I toured 10 months of the 12 last year and I’ve essentially been touring every year since 2014 (ab soul) and it took a toll, positively and negatively but all in all I should be fine. I’m on vocal rest for 2 weeks (vow of silence) with ads and steroids and sh*t. Also we have to reschedule the battle vs. Denzel that was this weekend but I promise we will make it up to you guys very soon. (P.S the video resembles alien vagina)” -J.I.D.
