OVO Sound leader Drake’s long-awaited Views From The 6 studio album will reportedly arrive as an Apple Music exclusive this month.

According to reports, Drizzy’s follow-up to last year’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late will drop as an Apple-only gem.

Drake then tweeted that the release would be an Apple Music exclusive – before deleting the missive – but Apple has since confirmed to reporters that he was telling the truth. We’re yet to know what form this exclusive will take and, crucially, how long it will shut other platforms like Spotify – plus TIDAL, Google Play and Deezer – out of the game. (Business Insider)

Drizzy treated his 30.8 million Twitter followers to a 30-second teaser clip for the album late Saturday (April 9) night.

This past weekend, Drizzy finally locked-in a definitive Views From The 6 release date.

“Views is dropping April 29,” the “Hotline Bling” rapper proudly announced. “It’s something that I’ve been working really hard on, myself and 40… Trying to craft a lifestyle track, a sound for our city,” he said. “It’s not a short ting. There’s a lot of music on there. You’ll have your full share of Drake music for the summer and for the year—forever.” (Rap-Up)

A few days ago, NFL superstar Odell Beckham Jr. revealed he had been staying at Drizzy’s home as he fine-tuned the new album.

“Weird enough, I’m actually staying at his place right now while he’s finishing the album. I’m just out there working out. He needs to chill out with that house he has out there. There’s just too much going on.” (DraftKings)
