Young Money rapper Drake’s “Hotline Bling” continues to win over fans as buzz about a Virginia couple using the song’s motivation to influence their holiday decorations.

Virginia’s Kristen Dipini explained her reasoning behind giving their “Elf on the Shelf” a “Hotline Bling” stance.

Kristen Dipini from Dale City, VA tells TMZ she and her husband got extra creative for their 3 kids this year. She tells us all of her kids love Drake and the “Hotline Bling” song so she set up “Elfis” just like his music video Sunday morning. (TMZ)

The “Elf on the Shelf” trend has gone on for a decade.

Happy birthday, Elf on the Shelf! In the past 10 years, the modern incarnation of Santa’s lovable little scout has enchanted a generation of children, spawned a multimedia phenomenon, sparked an academic backlash and changed the Christmas landscape for millions of parents. (Today)

Recently, music star Adele dished on her love for Drake and revealed her “Hotline Bling” remix interest.

“I really want us to do an official remix,” Adele said. “I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that’s in the video — I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one.” (e Talk)

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump spoofed Drizzy’s “Hotline Bling” on a recent NBC “Saturday Night Live” broadcast.

The most indelible image of the parody was probably none other than host and Republican presidential contender and Donald Trump mocking Drake’s moves, chanting “call me on the cell phone.” Whatever you think of Trump the man, it’s definitely going to be hard to look at Drake’s dance moves the same way again. It’s also, as Vanity Fair’s Joe Reid writes, “the GIF-able moment his campaign was likely looking for.” (Mic)
