OVO Sound boss Drake has truly found gold with his “God’s Plan” anthem. The must-hear single has reportedly remained atop Billboard Hot 100 chart for a fifth straight week and cemented a major benchmark.

According to reports, the 6 God’s latest solo offering has officially reached the 100 million streams milestone.

With 101.7 million U.S. streams to its name in the last week, “God’s Plan” becomes only the second song ever to break the 100 million streams marker, following Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” (103.1 million). The boost is due in part to the music video, in which Drake gave away $1 million. “God’s Plan” has had at least 75 million U.S. streams each week, allowing it to have five of the top eight weekly totals ever. According to recent reports, Drake’s made serious bank off his latest music releases.

Drizzy’s been giving it away, but not as fast as it keeps coming in, to the tune of another $320k from “God’s Plan” and $235k from Blocboy JB’s “Look Alive,” debuting on the Song Revenue Chart at #$2, on which he’s featured. Oh, and he also owns the label, OVO Sound. It’s good to be king. (HITS Daily Double)

A few days ago, Drake provided some backstory behind his “God’s Plan” filming.

Earlier this month, Drake showed the early impact of his challenge to Instagram followers to do something nice for someone.
