Referring to one of his tweets, Hav said calling out to Drake displayed his admiration for him.

“I’m not looking to hook-up with Drake for any particular project but hopefully work with him in the near future,” Hav told SOHH. “He’s definitely one of the new artists that is on my radar along with everybody else. So it would definitely be a good experience to work with him and a pleasure but even if I didn’t ever get a chance, I definitely want to big him up. He’s definitely keeping hip-hop alive in a sense because he’s very lyrical and I can appreciate that.” (SOHH)

When asked if he would cater music more toward Drake’s R&B or rhyme spitting side, Hav said it would all depend on their in-studio bond.

“I would base the production on our chemistry once we got together,” Hav added when asked if he would make music more towards Drake’s R&B or rap side. “I would base it off of what was the vibe like and I would just take it from there.” (SOHH)

On Tuesday, Hav publicly reached out to Drake via Twitter.

“@drakkerdnoir_ what’s good my G? i got some heat rocks for you – Havoc (Mobb deep),” he tweeted June 21st. (Havoc’s Twitter)

Earlier this week, Drizzy promised to drop new heat next month.

“The single’s dropping a week-and-a-half, two weeks. It’ll be fun. It’s going to be a blast,” Drake told FADER writer Judnick Mayard referring to his upcoming Take Care single. “It’s great. I’m really excited about it. Just trying out different things, different sounds, different flows… We’re all in a really great place in our lives just as a team, the team’s coming together. 40’s doing really well. We’ve got new editions. We have this affiliation with The Weeknd. It’s really great. He’s on the album a bunch. I’m excited about it just for the people to hear the evolution of the music.” (The FADER)
