Toronto rapper Drake has once again dusted the competition. The 6 God has topped the list of most-streamed artists of 2020 and this doesn't come as a surprise to anybody.

Drake Leads Country In Streams

Drizzy’s music was streamed over 5.5 billion times in the United States in 2020. Next up on the list was the late Juice WRLD, with 5.3 billion streams. Of the top 50, over half were hip-hop artists.

Rapper and singer Drake topped the charts and became the most streamed artist in 2020. According to Spotify list in the UK and HITS Daily Double, Drake beats 49 other musicians to become the most streamed artist with more than five billion streams. On January 2, HITS Daily Double posted their final list of the most-streamed artists of the year. Drake sits at the top of the list at 5.6 billion streams.  Drake’s streams went high after his sole project of 2020,  Dark Lane Demo Tapes, and his booming single Laugh Now, Cry Later featuring Lil Durk. (Republic World)

Drake’s New Hairstyle

The OVO Sound boss is either trolling or getting his 2021 started off with a revamped look – possibly both. The hip-hop star has come forward to unload a must-see new shot of himself looking completely different. Drizzy reportedly went to his Instagram Story with a since-deleted selfie. The shot features him rocking very flat-looking hair with his now-signature heart cut into the front.

Not the bayang 😩😂 Who is responsible?

Drake Bounces Back W/ French Montana

The 6 God is moving back on his feet again. He recently went online with footage of himself turning up in Turks and Caicos with a familiar friend. Drake took to his Instagram Story with a video of him living his best life, walking again after recently suffering a knee injury and undergoing surgery. He’s been hanging with close friend and rap veteran French Montana recently, and fans can only hope the pair might be working on music.

Drizzy’s footage showed him turning up and looking healthy against alongside Montana.

Odell Beckham Jr. Had It Wrong

It turns out NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. might not have the inside scoop after all. After he initially gave details on longtime friend and hip-hop star’s Certified Lover Boy album dropping at the start of 2021, reports have come out and shut down his claim. OBJ stated on Instagram Live the 6 God would drop Certified Lover Boy on January 1st of the new year. It turns out this is reportedly false and as of now, the drop date is unknown. OBJ might have actually been trolling the whole time.

“Drake reached out to me and confirmed that despite what Odell Beckham Jr said … January 1st, 2021 is not the release date of Certified Lover Boy. He’ll announce the correct date when the time comes.” -DJ Akademiks’ Instagram
