OVO Sound boss Drake and JAY-Z are still bromancing. The hip-hop heavyweights shared a priceless moment last night (August 13) at the On The Run II Detroit show.
New footage has emerged of the 6 God and Young Hov hugging it out before the show started up.
In a newly-released video, Drake is beaming with joy as he approaches Jay and extends his arms out for a big hug. Later, Roc Nation’s senior vice president, Lenny S., grabs a rare photo of both men posing together. Last June, the 6 God nabbed Hov for another noteworthy collaboration, titled “Talk Up,” which appeared on his double-album Scorpion. The DJ Paul-produced track finds Hov and Drake thrashing their detractors with swaggering verses, most notably the notorious George Zimmerman, the man responsible for Trayvon Martin’s death. “Y’all killed X and let Zimmerman live, shhh, s-streets is done,” raps Jay on the track.
