@ilovemakonnen – Tuesday for Best Latin Club Anthem #HoodGrammys #WeNeedEverything
The YMCMB stud has made music history based on this report…
Drake made history this weekend with iLoveMakonnen’s hit “Tuesday” anthem debuting at No. 90 on Billboard’s music chart.
Drake now has 72 entries in the Hot 100, passing the Beatles with 71. That places him at eighth all-time, behind (in order) the cast of Glee, Elvis, Lil Wayne, James Brown, Jay Z, Ray Charles, and Aretha Franklin. At the rate Drizzy’s going we can’t imagine he won’t climb the list even further. In fact, Jay Z is only 10 away with 82 entries. The only number that seems untouchable is Glee’s astonishing (and kind of unfair) 207. (Complex)
Recently, Drizzy hinted at a new tour run going down after releasing his solo album later this year.
While performing in Texas on Sunday, September 27, the Young Money stars revealed that a second outing would be appropriate for their respective new albums. “We’re tied up tonight. I know there has to be a winner or they want to see a winner, but I’ve got an idea,” Drake can be heard saying in a video from the Texas performance posted by Revolt TV. “I feel like, you put out this Carter V, I put out this Views from the 6, we do this tour again next year and we start that bitch in Houston.” (ABC News Radio Online)
Drizzy, alongside Lil Wayne, admitted learning how to dance like one-time rival Chris Brown could have possibly kept ex-girlfriend Rihanna around for a longer run at a recent tour stop.
“I’ve been listening to too much Breezy lately. I just had to do it,” Wayne said on-stage at a concert while dancing. “Man, I should’ve brought that sh*t out earlier. Maybe I could’ve made that sh*t work with Rihanna a little better.” (YouTube)
