Nicole Young Accuses Dr. Dre Of Holding Gun To Her Head
The worst of Nicole Young’s domestic abuse allegations include Dr. Dre holding a gun to her head, punching her in the face and attempting to choke her. Dre, who is still recovering in the ICU from a brain aneurysm he suffered last week, denies the claims.
Five months after filing for divorce, Nicole, 51, alleges that Dre (né Andre Young) “held a gun to my head” twice in 2000 and 2001, that he “punched me in the head/face” in 1999 and 200 and that he “kicked down a door” while she hid “from his rage” in 2016, among other instances of abuse. “Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome,” she said in the documents, filed to the Superior Court of California. Dr. Dre Also Accused Of Abuse By Michel’le
The allegations by Nicole Young sound very similar to what Dr. Dre’s former fiancee, R&B singer Michel’le, accused the Doc of doing to her during their relationship. Michel’le’s story was told in a 2016 Lifetime movie called Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel’le.
Dr. Dre Remains In ICU After Brain Aneurysm
One week ago, Dr. Dre suffered a brain aneurysm that put him in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit. Despite word from Dre himself that he was “doing great” and would be “back home soon,” the hip-hop mogul is reportedly still in the ICU.
Sources connected to Dre with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Dre’s where he’s been since last Monday — in ICU at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. Our sources say doctors continue to do a battery of tests to get to the root problem. Doctors also want him in ICU in case, God forbid, he suffers another aneurysm … if that happens, time would be of the essence. (TMZ)
Dr. Dre Agrees To Pay $2 Million In Divorce Case
While he recovers, Dre agreed to pay $2 million total in spousal support to Nicole Young, although she’s reportedly seeking $2 million per month.
According to legal documents, the legendary rapper and his estranged wife, Nicole Young, have agreed she should be given the money to pay for living expenses for the next few months. The couple’s divorce was just heard in an L.A. courtroom with each side being represented by their respective lawyers, and the hearing was continued to allow Dre to recover from his medical condition.
